K9 Unit
Management This is a management level course and is directed at
those individuals responsible for the overall management of a search and
rescue K9 organization.
SAR Dog Training The
basics of training a SAR dog from the beginning to the certification
test. This course can
be customized to meet the individual needs of the group.
The certification
course is a five day intensive block of instruction, three days
classroom, two days field. This course is designed to train the trainer.

Police Working
Dogs Participants in the following courses must be sponsored by an agency and have completed basic
police dog training with an agency before attending specialty training

victim in a body of water.
Land Cadaver; Human
Remains Detection Search
techniques for homicide investigators. Instruction to land cadaver search for K9
teams that will
be called upon to assist homicide investigators in locating human remains.
