Trailing; Officer Survival
This 16 hour block of
instruction exposes the K9 and Handler to the dangers of felony urban trailing
incidents. Utilization of cover, use of force decisions, utilization of tactical
response support, proper K9 deployment, on leash vs. off leash work, flashlight
techniques and K9 emergency first aid are covered.
